payment and Shipping

All prices listed on this site are in Australian dollars and include a Goods and Services Tax of 10% which applies to all Australian purchases.

Prices for overseas buyers will be adjusted at the checkout. Overseas buyers should be aware that the order may be subject to local Custom's duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination. Please check with your local authorities to ascertain applicable rates. Any additional charges must be borne by the recipient.

Members must be logged in to receive special member prices.

Payment for your order can be made by credit card through Paypal Australia's secure website. You do not have to register with Paypal to pay by credit card.

Items will be despatched by normal post within Australia and by air for overseas purchases. Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occassionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.

Equipment Refunds

To return an item or items, please include the packaging slip that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return. Send the returned item or items to the address which appears at the top of the packaging slip. Goods must be returned within 3 weeks of order date and be unused. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered), or we can also hold a credit.

Courses

In the event of a course cancellation due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances all deposits will be refunded or transferred to the next course whichever is preferred by the student.

We collect personal details on course registration, membership and purchases. This data is used for administration only. It is not passed on to third parties and is not used for spam.
